Each box is curated with premium fitness apparel, supplements, recovery gear, and healthy snacks specifically selected for the female athlete.

When will my monthly box ship?

We ship our monthly boxes between the 15th and 20th of each month. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear is on its way.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?

Absolutely! We offer size exchanges for apparel items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and tags are still attached.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Please ensure changes are made before the 1st of the month to apply to the next shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Are the products inside the box full-sized?

We pride ourselves on providing value. While we occasionally include travel-sized samples of new products, the majority of the items—especially apparel and gear—are full-sized retail products.
