At Barbella Box, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your training gear and apparel. If an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports apparel or gear you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
